We have a broad based of highly skilled and experienced project management personnel who assist with designing project specification for new line installation including design and layout services; technical capabilities; manpower resources required, and detailed cost benefit for the project. This service extends to the provision of an end-to-end turnkey projects including evaluation and advise on OEM capabilities based on the clients requirement and logistic services.
Also, our team possess technical competencies on process automation, process and input/ output optimization, capacity planning, modernization and retrofitting advice and execution services. We assist our clients with strategic equipment planning as we conduct OEM machinery analysis and provide detailed recommendations including logistic support and cost analysis and control.
In addition, we operate a build, operate and transfer model for the turnkey solution. We get involved right from the pre-project planning phase, analyzing and implementing legal and statutory compliances, project execution, personnel training, optimizing and controlling production schedules, conducting postproduction audits, overhaul and transferring a completely functional line with the necessary expertise to continue production runs in an optimal manner. Further, our services extend to postproduction handover and monitoring based on the clients’ requirements
